Are your products safe for new born babies or pregnant/ nursing mummies? Or people with medical conditions?
With the use of high quality ingredients and leveraging my expertise as a certified aromatherapist, I ensure that all my products are safe for infants, nursing mums and pregnant ladies and also safe if also licked/consumed (as all ingredients used are food grade). For those with medical condition, please feel free to reach out to me via our FB page and I can customise the blends for your condition.
How long is the order processing time?
All orders are prepared only after order payment is made. I will need 3 - 7 working days to prepare the items before its ready for collection or posted out. During peak periods when we have tall order lists, it can stretch up to a week. As I do not use any preservatives in my blends, thus short lifespan of 6 - 9 months. Which is why i only brewed upon order confirmation to ensure freshness of my blends.
Are the ingredients organic? Where do they came from?
All my blends are made using certified organic, plant-based extracts and therapeutic & food-grade, essential oils - all imported from USA.
I am new to essential oils and not sure what to purchase. Can you guide me ?
Sure. Just fb message me your areas of concern (together with picture of condition if you are comfortable) and I can suggest suitable blends or customize blends that may help to address your concern.
What's the difference between Balms and Oil Blends? Balms vs Lotions?
Oil blends get absorbed faster and thus effects may show faster. Whereas balms are more moisturizing and effects last longer. I usually recommend balms for babies and those with dry and sensitive skin. Balms are a more popular choice amongst clients.Balms are also more moisturizing and richer in potency but the lotion may be better absorbed, thanks to the lighter texture. Balms also come packed in glass containers or tins whereas lotions come in tubes. However both has similar healing effects.
Does your products have an expiry date?
Yes, as we do not add any chemicals, preservatives or artificial agents, our products' shelf life is six to nine months beyond which the effectiveness of the blends may start to reduce. Un-opened ones can lasts up to 1 year if kept under proper care ( away from direct sunlight and heat source ).
Can I use more than 1 type of blend/balm together?
Yes, you can! So long it's not on the same body parts. Example: Immunity booster on soles, Ah Choo! on chest, throat, nose.
What are the postage options and how fast can I get my order? How can I order?
Clients can opt for i) Ninjapac (trackable normal post -$4 flat); ii) Registered mail (add on $2.40 on top of the normal post charge) iii) Courier via Qxpress courier service ($5 for up to 5kg) iv) Self collect at Macpherson MRT before 6.30pm or after 7.30pm on weekdays. Paya Lebar during lunch time between 12 - 2pm. All orders are prepared only after order payment is made. I will need 3 to 7 working days to prepare the items before its ready for collection or posted out. During peak periods when we have tall order lists, it can stretch up to a week. Those who chose Ninjapac, the item may takes 4 to 6 working days (excluding weekends & public holiday) to be delivered. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Please do note that for those who opt for Singpost services, you will have to bear the risk of lost parcel or broken items during delivery due to rough handling though we always bubble wrap the parcel and post out. We will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. We do strongly advise our customers to use registered mail/ courier service to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps. For extremely urgent orders, I do expedite them and encourage client to self collect or courier over, if requested by client (charges borne by client). What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accepts Paypal, Paylah/Paynow (please transfer to 97961382), or via POSB Saving account 072-26603-0. Please do send us a screen shot of the payment advise for order confirmation.
Help! My balm melted! What can i do?
Due to the hot temperature from our climate, the balm might melt into watery state. Just keep it in fridge will solidify it.
How do i keep them in storage?
Do keep them in dark, cooling place like inside cabinet. Away from direct sunlight or heat source.
Any other pre-caution that I need to be aware of?
1. If you are new to using this, i will recommend to apply on a small area and monitor if any reactions before applying on the rest of the body. The safest body part to apply - the soles. As it has the thickest skin on our body and it has the most vital points there too. 2. If you are taking medications, always keep a gap of an hour before and after meds before applying the oils/ diffusing. 3. If in any doubts, do feel free to contact us to clarify.
