Shipping & Delivery
Clients can opt for i) Ninjapac (trackable normal post -$4 flat); ii) Registered mail (add on $2.40 on top of the normal post charge) iii) Courier via Qxpress courier service ($5 for up to 5kg) iv) Self collect at Macpherson MRT before 6.30pm or after 7.30pm on weekdays. Paya Lebar during lunch time between 12 - 2pm. All orders are prepared only after order payment is made. I will need 3 to 7 working days to prepare the items before its ready for collection or posted out. During peak periods when we have tall order lists, it can stretch up to a week. Those who chose Ninjapac, the item may takes 4 to 6 working days (excluding weekends & public holiday) to be delivered. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Please do note that for those who opt for Singpost services, you will have to bear the risk of lost parcel or broken items during delivery due to rough handling though we always bubble wrap the parcel and post out. We will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. We do strongly advise our customers to use registered mail/ courier service to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps. For extremely urgent orders, I do expedite them and encourage client to self collect or courier over, if requested by client (charges borne by client). Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases and we sincerely apologize if it is not matching your expectations. We do certainly endeavor to improve on our service. If you are however completely not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for non-customization items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:- i) Application for request of refunds and exchanges within 3 days from the date of receiving the products. ii) All items must be in their original packaging with product intact. iii) All items must be unworn, unused, in its original condition. If not all of the conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchange or refund. We seek your kind understanding that colors of product may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer/ handphone and it might appear darker/lighter in reality due to the lighting used during photo shoot. A difference of 0.5" to 1" between the item(s) received with what was provided in our given measurements are not considered as a defect. Minor defects such as loose threads, slight color variation are not considered for exchange/ return/ refund. Customisable goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to its personalized unique nature. We had taken extra care to ensure that customized requirements are adhered as closely as possible. Sales items are not eligible for exchanges. For faulty diffusers, please do contact us via our FB page. Each unit of our diffuser comes with 3 (three) months of warranty from the date it's sold/ delivered. Faulty unit to be send back to us for investigations/ repair works.
